And like all luxury villas there is a garage, but the contents are a world apart. A 35 knot speed boat with water skis, wakeboard, a “ringo” and 2 stand up paddle boards for exploring the coast. And there are also adult and child windsurfer rigs since the warm waters of the Mediterranean are the perfect places to learn.
